I've been away for a while and when I got back my heat pump hot water service was playing up.KP were great.Clayton gave me a bit of a rundown on the issue and what to do next time. Opened up and cleared two filters and was on his way within about 30 minutes.As they were the installers nearly two years ago he explained that a free annual check was part of the service so no charge. Great service and a great company highly recommended.

Absolute great experience. Had my hot water system die on my Wednesday night. I got a phone call the next morning from Cam and he sorted everything out no issue. Rocked up just before the time stated, and knocked on the door exactly at the time they said they would. Listened to the issue we had, got straight into it and fixed the issue extremely fast. Explained to me what it was and gave me advise on another plumbing issue. Great communication, great punctuality and a friendly bloke. High recommended.

My hot water system died one morning. I called few people, but Kalamunda Plumbing came immediately. They fixed my hot water system. They did an awesome job. I got them back in to replace my toilet flush as it wasn't flushing properly. They got some amazing guys working for them. So polite and courteous. I will be using them again! Great experience. Next-day service, on time, identified the issue within minutes (bad gas connection behind oven), got it sorted just as quick, checked my gas lines end to end, submitted certification, advised me on options for an aging HWS. Exactly the friendly, professional service home owners dream of. All at a cost that made me sigh with relief 🙂 Looking forward to seeing KP again at my next emergency.

Kalamunda plumbing just replaced all the aging pipe work in my home, the team did an absolutely amazing job, the time frame and quote were spot on, they also had to do some additional things like update the earth points at no extra cost. highly recommend this dedicated professional outfit…. No need for a plumber until you really need one...No early morning hot water meant a phone call to the local plumber I'd seen advertised around. Vicki in the office coordinated an appointment, made for adjustments and Clayton showed up at the time organised, called me to confirm the issue and the price and had the job done promptly. Had a great experience with Kalamunda plumbing. Came out to do a quote which came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than another firm I had do a quote. The man was friendly who came to do the quote.When it came to the day for the work two men came who were very nice and polite, ensuring they explained everything to me. I was even able to pay them once done on the spot, with the invoice coming through straight away, rather than dealing with the office saving me a job to do. I would recommend them and will be using them again.
