No need for a plumber until you really need one...No early morning hot water meant a phone call to the local plumber I'd seen advertised around. Vicki in the office coordinated an appointment, made for adjustments and Clayton showed up at the time organised, called me to confirm the issue and the price and had the job done promptly. I've been away for a while and when I got back my heat pump hot water service was playing up.KP were great.Clayton gave me a bit of a rundown on the issue and what to do next time. Opened up and cleared two filters and was on his way within about 30 minutes.As they were the installers nearly two years ago he explained that a free annual check was part of the service so no charge. Great service and a great company highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Kalamunda plumbing. Came out to do a quote which came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than another firm I had do a quote. The man was friendly who came to do the quote.When it came to the day for the work two men came who were very nice and polite, ensuring they explained everything to me. I was even able to pay them once done on the spot, with the invoice coming through straight away, rather than dealing with the office saving me a job to do.
